Other then being way over priced. This McDonald’s I was forced to order on a machine myself. Then if you want a refill on your beverage, you have to ask. They don’t let you get it yourself. I’m sorry but I’m more then capable of filling my own cup. With the prices being so high they should be doing more for my business. Don’t waste your money, go to a real restaurant. It’s basically the same price for better food.

I ordered breakfast early this morning for delivery. I waited patiently for almost an hour. I watched the app and saw no progress with my order, it just said that the order was confirmed and that they were preparing my order. I called the number for assistance. The lady on the phone was very pleasant, she called the McDonald’s where I placed the order but they didn’t answer her call. She said her call just went to voicemail. So I cancelled my order. Brand new restaurant. Is beautiful, though they did take out the play place and didn’t replace it. Very nice restaurant and very friendly people. First time in a McDonald’s in years, probably since the last time we came home.

Got my mobile order quickly, but why even have the option to customize the food when it isn’t followed through? I ordered my food plain and it still came out covered in onions. I was on a lunch break, so obviously didn’t have the time to run back to the restaurant and get my order fixed. Watch the screen and make the food the way the customer requested it or remove the option to customize!

I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to the head of maintenance who went out of his way to help us last Saturday. It was late afternoon and we had a flat tire on our camping trailer. He and his wife saw that we needed help and went out of his way to assist us. He went to his home to get a jack and then helped us put on the spare tire (in the rain).

I just ordered a cheeseburger through the app, but when I got to the window I showed them the 4 digit number that the app generated. The manager had to come over because no one seemed to ever see a 4 digit number before. I went to show him the numbers and he took my phone out of my hand and let the window shut while he talked to another employee. When he opened the window back up I asked him what are you doing? He said making the order again. I told him I am not paying for it a second time. He said oh no I’m not charging you again.

This is a brand new McDonalds, I thought it would have more seating and family freindly…its so high end and high seating and sterile. I like that the staff has freedom from guests staring eyes. I’m in food service and do my best food prep and food quality without guests tapping their toes and staring customers.
