They pulled me to the third window and when the young man brought my food I told him I forgot to ask for catsup and Mayo. He ran to the back with no complaint and brought it out with a smile. Night shift can be very unprofessional some nights. I understand how busy and stressful that it can get but there is no reason to not slow down and listen to the customer for one minute of her precious time. And whoever is on the grill making the mcdoubles, needs to step their game up!! Nowhere near enough seasoning. And the person that puts the sandwiches together needs to slow down as well, sometimes they don’t even get the sauce on the inside of the burger!!

Forget my fries and only gave me 9 chicken nuggets. Now I want to say that I’m a reasonable man who understands that on occasion you can simply forget that you have a second bag (of fries) to hand out the window. However, the missing chicken nugget really was the final straw, the worst transgression that had occurred to me that day. Honestly, would not go back again if there were more than one McDonald’s in town, but I am fat and can see myself getting over this quickly and returning again. <3
