I can’t even rate McDonalds in Wolf Point, MT. Dirty, service was terrible, flies everywhere and our order was completely wrong. How badly can a place scew up 3 Sausage, egg, cheese McMuffin. No sausage but bacon on them. After waiting 15 -20 minutes and no receipt we just took what we had and left. Do not go there if you are passing through.

At approximately 8:40 pm on May 23, 2023 I went to mcDonalds and order 1/4 pounder meal. Since my previous visit resulted in food that had been left too long under the warmer light rendering it inedible, I requested fresh frood. I was not provided fresh food, I was given lukewarm french fries and the 1/4 pounder was hard and stale around the edges which is classic signs of food being left under warmsing lights for extended periods. I came back to drive thru and requested new food that is fresh. Instead, the manager who refused to identify himself gave me a refund which is not what I wanted. He told me that he gave me a refund instead of food is because I was rude. I was not rude. I only asked for what I paid for. This is the first time that I have had a fast food McDonald’s employee refuse to gie me what I paid for: EDIBLE food. I will never go back to this McDonald’s. This employee should be ashamed of himself and if he is indeed a McDonald’s manager, he need to be demoted. Selling old food can lead to food poisoning. Shame on McDonald’s in Wolf Point, MT. You get an F for poor customer service and for selling OLD and INEDIBLE fod!

Want to have a very rude experience and get charge for things and get told you didn’t ask for it but it was on the screen before you pulled up to the window oh and now you can’t prove it cause they were supposedly out of printer paper and then ask if that’s ok so you pay for everything you order and only get maybe half of what you paid for then this is the place I will tell everyone and anyone that will listen to not waste your time going to this place you will be better off in the long run horrible experience will not be back

This McDonald’s was clean and smelled clean, the staff was so friendly and happy, they were kind to everyone who came in and the best part was hearing them laugh and enjoy their work. I will give 5 stars all day everyday, makes me want to drive another 5 hours again just to visit there. Thank you all for what you do!
