They never get your order right! I have given them multiple chances. But when you are paying $7 for a fast food sandwich that they can’t even get right, that’s pretty ridiculous! To get home after sitting in a drive thru, to get home and find out that your order isn’t even correct! It happens every time! The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had to deal with. Anaconda needs more options because these guys don’t care about their service because people don’t have any other options and they know it.

I ordered a quarter pound hamburger with no cheese and no onions. It was plainly wrote on the paper attached to the sandwich. I get the sandwich with two pieces of cheese on it and only ketchup and pickles. We get far enough away to not be able to turn around. Very disappointed when the picture shown on the menu had lettuce and tomato. The girl waiting on us had no clue when I asked her what the smallest hamburger was. Terrible experience.

I sat down at a table and had a big family of strangers plop down at my table and their kids were jumping all up and down on it and moving their dirty hands all over it….how very rude and mortifying. There was a whole place of open tables too….no one else was even in there. The McDonald’s staff really needs to pay attention to what is going on in the dining room….not just obvious. The workers are rude and extremely slow too.

Me and my fiance went there on Wednesday December 7th 2022 and had a horrible experience. We ordered 4 mcdoubles and 4 cheeseburgers and they all were supposed to have NO pickles on them because my fiance is allergic to pickles and then I ordered a large mocha frappe with oreo crumbles blended in the frappe but instead they put in on top and they messed up our order then the employees were very rude and said that they weren’t going to remake our order. I am beyond mad. McDonald’s could have killed my fiance. I don’t recommend McDonald’s in Anaconda MT.

Every time I do drive thru they always get my order wrong, I ask for a large coke and large fry but get medium??? I’ll go else where if you can’t give me my large coke and large fry I don’t have time to go back and fix it. And also wayyyy to much salt on burgers. The burgers taste like salt, the last few times I have requested bacon they failed to add it or they did to mine but not my kids. And recently they have had staff test positive for covid abs show symptoms but made them come to work, I’m not big on having sick people handling my food.
