Awful response from the manager on shift, after the entire chicken pack was missing from my 50$ order. Told me they don’t have the products (mcchickens, fries,and nuggets!) MAIN ITEMS SOLD. Ignored my call once I asked what is to be done about the issue. He literally sat on the phone and didn’t say a word in response. Thanks for NOT feeding my kids tonight guys. Work on your coaching for your management, or you’re going to lose business fast.

Waited over 10 minutes to get waited on, inside, with no one else there. Food was pretty cold and muffin was hard. Must have been one of the first sausage, egg, muffins made in morning, so by 10 am, it sat too long under the lamp. You’d think for $10+ dollars for 2 sandwiches and a drink, you’d at least get a hot meal!!!
