Rude white lady at drive thru. Asked about my missing mac sauce and says its in there and rudely states thats it for a limited time only that i would need to pay for extra since i ordered 5, acting like its coming out if her own pocket. I drove through the drive-through at 1:30 PM on April 17. The female who answered was very rude right off the bat- her tone and ignorance to help me figure out the app was disappointing. I know this is a fast food chain but the least you could do is act professional. I hope the manager follows up with this young lady. Also my basket of fries was half empty. Next time I’ll order small fries, if this is what I’m going to get :/
