Arrived around 9 am place was filthy and needed cleaning. Ordered food at kiosk asked to put in table number which we did. Order came up and employee just yelled out the order. I was under the impression the reason for table number was so they would bring our food. While waiting for food went to use the men’s room and discovered there was no toilet paper. Told counter person about it and she said” I’ll pass it on”. Was in restaurant for approximately 20 minutes no one addressed the bathroom situation. Based on how dirty place was and complete lack of customer care I we never visit this McDonald’s again

This location is the worst Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. It took over 20 minutes to get our order done and while we were waiting, we saw the girl with the glasses dip her fingers in our mcflurries. Disgusting!!! And on top of that we had the impression that the food was going to come to our table but the girl just sat it at the counter and wave us over??? When I went to the bathroom is was absolutely disgusting, there was pee on the floor and barely any toilet paper!! I do not recommend coming here.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s that have experienced. Look at the ratings 3.3.The only reason I keep going back is because it’s the only McDonald’s near my house. There’s another one in McHenry but I’ve dealt with the same exact thing at that location. So I purchased a simple daily Double Burger no tomatoe add ketchup and small fry a $3 meal. So as soon as I was given the bag I already knew something was wrong with it from my past experiences at this location. So I did not pull forward instead I had to check the burger beep the horn to get their attention then when they came over I told them I had tomato which I asked for no tomato and if they could add ketchup. The gentleman at the register taking the order put it in correct they just couldn’t get it right on the food line. I even remember wishing him a happy father’s day. Also the patties were burnt. The burger was wrong so they supposedly corrected it gave me another Burger I pulled up a couple feet and realized that now the burger had no ketchup on it so I had to go inside which defeats the purpose of going through the drive-thru. Now the manager did say he would bring it to the window that is designated for orders that are taking longer. I decided not to wait because I knew that would give them the leeway to take as long as they like and i was also in a hurry that’s why i went thru the drive thru. After getting the sandwich made three times I made the mistake of leaving without checking thinking it was going to be done correctly. As I’m driving home I realized it only has ketchup mayonnaise lettuce no onion so all that time wasted and I basically paid for a burger that was incorrect 4 times. I even asked the manager if my Burger could made by a person who was competent enough to make it as i was in a hurry trying to spend the rest of the day with my children as I’m a father of four. I just don’t understand how simply stopping by a McDonald’s can ruin a person’s day. That’s should not happen. It’s your staff. They’re all young. Even the manager. You could tell he just didn’t care. None of them did. Only person that seemed to care was the older gentleman who took my order. I can recognize when it’s him at the speaker just by him talking to him . He’s polite and has great customer service. He should be your manager. It was as if they took enjoyment from making it incorrect and seeing me struggle to get my Burger made correctly. The problem with this is that luckily I’m your average civilian but what happens when they do this to somebody who’s having the worst day of their lives. Things could go seriously wrong. For the staff and customers in the store. What if someone with a mental health issue or heart issues goes in there and has a heart attack just from dealing with this irresponsible staff. This should really be looked into for everyone’s sake.

Ordered a single large coffee from here, they told me to pull forward..no problem..I did… 22 minutes later I pulled around and they told me that they still didn’t have my coffee ready so I asked for a refund. Instead of giving me a refund immediately they made me wait another 10 minutes to give me my card back. Absolutely unbelievable. Then the cashier starts swearing because he’s stressed out that everyone at the restaurant called off. It would be better to close your store temporarily instead of upset every customer that comes thru (due today lack of help). Felt awful for the poor person working the window. This was whole event was embarrassing. 32 minutes spent in a drive thru waiting for a single drink that was never received. Do better.

This is a terrible location! Me and my family went to this location at 9:00 in the morning, we got home and the bags were tearing open due to the hash browns being re-fried multiple times! We also were missing 3 breakfast sandwiches on top of that. One of the sandwiches we did get was burnt to a crisp! I don’t want to be mean but how hard is your job! Never again!
