Went to this McDonald’s for the first time… was in Spring Grove for a football jamboree… My daughter ordered on the mobile app and asked me to go pick it up… I’ve never use the mobile app before… my daughter told me just to pull up to the drive-through and give them the number… So I pulled up to the window and told her my mobile number… the employee who is wearing a Manager shirt… Asked if I stopped at the order window to give the number and I told her no I’m sorry I didn’t know I was supposed to do that… she was very upset and rude… even though I apologized, explaining that I did not know and I was sorry… she then proceeded to tell me that I was going to have to wait because there was about 10 drink orders ahead of me (my order was 2 drinks) and that when I got to the window, they were probably going to make me park to wait for my drinks… There is only two cars ahead of me… and one behind me… When I got there, I pulled straight through to the window. There wasn’t even a line to order so I wasn’t understanding why it was such a big deal… not like the line was wrapped around the building or anything… Anyway, I pulled up to the next window. They handed me my two sodas and said thank you have a good day…. I seriously think they need to reconsider who they have as management there… Because if she can’t handle four cars and a drive-through and is that stressed out about it… She probably needs to find a different job.

Went thur the drive thru, ordered breakfast only got half of the my order ,went in told the manager (lisa) what happened ,said she could reorder my breakfast but since I went thur the drive thur she was unable to take back the order since it left the widow and would have to pay all over again .how is this right?

As McDonald’s go, this one is especially annoying. It’s a McDonald’s so, you know, burgers… fries? For what, like 80 years or something it’s the same menu?? Well they can’t ever seem to have the fries made on time. Don’t get me wrong; I like fresh fries but why does it take McDonald’s, a heavyweight in the fast food french fry game, almost 10 minutes to make fries?? Also, the sodas are NEVER filled up all the way. You always have to ask them to please fill the cup. Speaking of “please”, the drive thru personnel lack basic communication skills. I’m not talking about the people who take your order or the people who take your money. Those people are fine. It’s the people who hand you your food. I need to hear, “Hello. Here’s your order. Thank you.” That way I know the transaction is complete and I’m not missing anything. They just open the window and hand you your food so there’s no indication that they’ve upheld their end of the deal and you’re just to assume they got it right. But.. like.. it’s just a McDonald’s, sooo…
