I went to McDonald’s at 9am to go get fresh coffee. Once I arrived home I noticed that my coffee was completely cold. I don’t understand how a restaurant can be so busy but still give out cold coffee?? Such a disappointment will not be returning to this location

It’s hard to find a ‘great’ McD’s but these guys are pretty good. Many complain about the wait time but the employees are not slow, there are just more customers coming every day lol. Once they had me waiting 15 minutes so they gave free fries. I think they are very friendly here.

I went through drive-thru and got a large french vanilla iced coffee with extra French vanilla. I got the drink and it didn’t have any french vanilla in so I went inside to have them remake it and once again they did not put any french vanilla in they put their creamer in but not the French vanilla

This store has consistently butchered orders in person, in drive-thru, and via delivery apps. If it’s not bad enough they get the orders wrong, the food is never freshly cooked, and when it is, it is burned/undercooked. It is wild that this store has such consistent difficulty with producing food that has been made the same way for decades. Only reason they get above one star is because they have been friendly. At least there’s that.
