No one at this location can make an iced coffee. Every single time I have been here it taste different. This morning my coffee isn’t even drinkable. Its only sweetened cream. I have complained to the district manager and her response was oh you can customize it. No I want it the way every other location makes it! Get your staff trained it’s that simple!

I will be most honest here. In my lifetime I have probably visited hundreds of different McDonald’s restaurants. This location in Glen Ellyn is the best one by far I have ever visited! The employees are like family! They are friendly, know my name and make me feel like I matter! Getting my coffee at this McDonald’s is a great way to start the day. I wish the corporate office could know how special this staff in Glen Ellyn is! Second to none!

I did a mobile order and went through the drive-thru. I was told my order wasn’t ready and to park in a designated spot. I waited in the spot for 15 minutes and then went in. My food was sitting on a counter the whole time. The fries weren’t hot anymore. They didn’t offer an apology or fresh fries.

This is the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. I’m not writing this review after one bad experience, this is after several times of having absolutely horrible experiences. The staff is incredibly rude, the food order is almost always wrong, and the hours are never accurate. The workers will decide to close early and just sit inside and not take orders. Just avoid this location at all costs. They should shut down at this point or hire all new staff including management. It’s a running joke in all of glen ellyn & Wheaton that you should just not even bother going here and go to the one in Wheaton in Danada instead. Don’t waste your time!!!!

The kids have been begging to go to the play place forever and were so thrilled it was finally open. The food wasnt very hot but it was served to us at our table quickly after ordering. It was clean. We were kindly asked to leave and told we could return but the employee needed to clean the play place every three hours and it was her designated time to do so (this cut our play time short as we didn’t want to just sit and wait for it to be cleaned but glad to know it’s frequently worked on!) The staff was friendly. There was also a really really loud element that when bounced up and down it banged (like a jack hammer) . The kids loved it but it was very disruptive to those not playing (maybe needs to be oiled). Also it was nice that an employee noticed my child didn’t have shoes on when getting a drink at the fountain and told us in a nice way that for safety, shoes needed be worn outside of the play zone. Not many would have noticed or been kind in their delivery. Overall we were pleased and happy to be back!

This McDonald’s is on my way to school and they never have oatmeal’s and if they do they don’t have raisins. This is one of the few healthy things McDonald’s has that I like and cheap as well. The workers talk like they don’t want to be there, and I never get any sauce.

my pals and I ventured down to mcdonalda tonight to grab a bite but when we approached the counter the worker told us it was closed even though the door was open. when we went through the drive through, he cut us off in the middle of ordering and told us to go to the window. then he got our order wrong and didn’t give us the discount through the app. he seemed high and when we got to the next window, there was this super old lady that was snippy and wanted us out of there.
