I walked in, 2 employees walked past me, never greeted me. I’m standing at the counter waiting. All the employees that were prepping orders, looked at me and continued what they were doing. Even even finished, nobody came to the front to assist me.

Is there a new owner?! This McDonalds is terrible. Dirty Lobby and employees wearing acrylic nails which is unsanitary. I use the app so that I can just grab my food…works great at every location except the one on 1st and Lake. The food is never ready. Defeats the purpose of convenience.

The newly renovated McDonald’s is very open on the arrangement of space. The new kiosk provides an update modern flair and a sense an upscale eatery. Your eat in meal is delivered to your table and the staff checks back for added service. I think they are on to something.
