I know it is challenging to find help these days but what a cluster this place is. I ordered two pancakes with sausage and a bagel meal this morning. They gave me one pancake with sausage, the bagel, and some biscuit thing I didn’t order. I pulled back around to the payment window and explained to the guy taking payment. He said, well it’s going to be a while. No apologies for screwing up just letting me know that it will be a while. Then I pull to the next window and the guy there tells me to pull around to wait by the door on the other side of the building.. Still no apologies for screwing up my order and for some reason getting the one correct item is now taking longer than getting the entire (but wrong) order my first time through. A lady finally did bring out the pancakes and did apologize for the screw up which was nice. Finally I made it home and realized they forgot the hash brown for the bagel meal.

Today I met a real life Karen at Lemont Mcdonald’s. The manager working or I assuming she was the manager was so rude and i believe her name was Karen because I’m pretty sure that’s what the worker called her but anyways I went to McDonald’s today because i was hungry and when I left I realized I lost my AirPod’s about thirty minutes after I left and so I had my friend call one time because I was at a store and she ask if there was a pair of missing airpods and with out any hesitation Karen said “NO!” With out any time to check or let my friend finish what she was saying. So i decided to go in and ask not even an hour after I left the restaurant and the worker was so nice and got Karen for me and when I asked Karen about it she was so rude and gave so much attitude to me and didn’t even ask if I want to give her my number incase they find them it’s just so sad as person who working in the food business to see such selfish and close minded people working and giving their customers such attitude when they are just trying to find and expensive item they lost.

Service is usually fast and food is cooked well. However, the Sunday night lead closes the dining room two hours early than the close time of 11PM. Either the hours need to be updated or the night lead needs to be more considerate to the customers. We enjoy coming here after our practices (we tend to arrive before 9PM so we are not showing up within an hour before closing time) however it is disappointing to be kicked out early and have to deal with rude sighing.

This night I waited in the Drive-Thru for about 15 minutes before my order was taken I gave my order for a frozen frappe drink and I get to the window pay for it and then I get to the next window and these goofy guys come up and say we’re sorry we can’t give you your drink we are cleaning the machine right now after all that the girl takes my order takes my money then the guy tells me he can’t give me a credit back on my credit card because the bank won’t give me the card money or some weird thing didn’t even know what he was talking about clueless I will never go to this McDonald’s again they were so unprofessional so childish and just not very customer friendly
