pretty quick mcdonalds drive thru at this location. the breakfast can be hit or miss. sometimes the hash browns are hard sometimes theyre the best ever, along with their mcnuggets. but i go to this place at least once a week and it is usually a pleasant experience but of course can get busy during lunch and dinner times

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I put in an order for 2 sausage burritos and 2 hash brown with a smoothie for pickup. Went to go get the order in curbside to avoid waiting behind people ordering in the drive thru. Big mistake. After waiting 10 minutes, when my screen specifically said someone would be out within 5 min, the employee tells me the smoothie machine is down.. so does that mean if I didn’t call I would have just sat there forever cause the smoothie machine was down?? So I tell them I will take a coffee instead. Then after waiting another almost 10 minutes I call again. At this point I have seen no less than 15 cars come and go from the drive thru while I’ve been waiting for my tiny order. This is the largest cooperation for fast food in the world, and this location certainly can’t keep up whatsoever. Do better.

It’s late (1030)so I get it but the food is over seasoned. It took a very long time to get the order. And the young lady at the register is trying her hardest. Meantime there is a girl not in a uniform literally in pj’s behind the counter “helping.” Needs more staff or better staff at night.
