I had such a pleasant experience this morning at this McDonald’s location! The line when I pulled up was fairly long (at least 8-10 cars), but I didn’t wait more than a couple minutes. I forgot to order something, so I had to go back through the drive-thru (again, it was me that forgot to order something, not them forgetting anything). When I went back through, the gentleman at the pickup window greeted me with a smile and said something along the lines of “nice, to see you again so soon”(paraphrasing, but it was something to that tune). Not only did that show me that the workers are doing their jobs well, they’re actually paying attention to their customers. When I spoke with Aida, the store manager, on the phone to compliment her staff, she was just as friendly and happy!! This makes the world of difference!! You never know what someone is going through, so the fact that all of these employees are able to take whatever’s going on in their personal lives and put that to the side at work and do their jobs with a friendly smile, it shows and truly makes a world of difference. Thank you for the great experience!

Went there on break to get a frappe and they said the machine is down. Why would you allow the machine to be cleaned right around dinner time? Can’t that wait till the end of store hours?
