The drink area was a mess, 3 of the 4 toilet paper dispensers in the bathroom were out of toilet paper and there wasn’t any soap in the women’s restroom, and they didn’t get my order correct. I let them know about the toilet paper and soap and they just shrugged. Would not come back.

Took nearly an hour for a mcafe beverage, despite ordering ahead of time through the app, they asked me to park at the drive through parking spot. I waited in the car for 30 mins before deciding to go into the restaurant and only to wait a couple more minutes for my order to be made, despite ordering a large mccafe beverage they wound up handing me a medium cup of what I ordered. Not going here anymore.

Went inside to get a drink only for the kiosks to be down and the employees that were there were NO help at all. Eventually I was noticed to get my order taken. I was taken back when I get to the drink station and there are literal GNATS flying out of the spouts due to the spilled pop that had to be sitting there for hours because bugs don’t appear that was due to neglect I was disgusted and asked for a refund only for the women to battle me over me not wanting to spend my $ there anymore. I wouldn’t give a dime more of my $ to this place. That was it for me horrible wait times as well.

Pedro who was the manager at this location was rude, had no customer service skills and is a bad example to the employee’s there. I visited this location on 5/7/23 @ 12:04 pm and the staff was great. The only problem was they forgot my small Frappe. I tried calling the restaurant at 12:18 pm, 12:19 pm, 12:21 pm, 12:40 pm (twice) and 1:06 pm and there was no answer. The phone would ring for a while, then it would sound like someone pick up and then the call would be silent. I went back to the store that same night about 8:09 pm to go in the inside, but the doors were closed. I went through the drive thru at 8:13 am and informed the young lady taking the orders I was missing an item from earlier that day and the young lady said pull forward with your receipt. What if I did not keep the receipt or was not given the receipt, even though I had the receipt. The young man at the first window was very nice and I asked for a large Frappe for the inconvenience. He went and got Pedro who came to the window with a frown on his face, then instead of asking how can I help you he did look like “what”, which was so unprofessional. I repeated what happened earlier and Pedro stated he does not have anything to do with what happened and cannot do anything for me. Pedro also stated he is working from 5 pm – 11 pm and then walked off with my receipt. I had to tell Pedro I need my receipt back and Pedro act like there was a problem with giving me the receipt. Most likely Pedro knew I would do a survey and a review . I pulled to the next window not knowing if I would receive the Frappe. Another male gave me the Small Frappe and then I asked for Corporate number. The male asked Pedro for the number and Pedro told him to give me the bag, which was a paper McDonald’s bag. I asked where is the number and he pointed to the bag distribution company information. I told him that is not the number to Corporate. He asked Pedro, who was hiding behind the wal for the number again and Pedro told him Corporate’s number was on the side of the bag. I called the number 5/8/23 @ 8:45 am and was told that there location is not Corporate it was Customer Care. Customer Care was very nice and took down the complaint. I will not visit this location again, due to no customer service, apology, or compensation for a small mishap. When dealing with the public great customer service is a must. Without customer you cannot make any money.

Extra slow all new worker no guidance they all was turned around a confused order7 -$3.00 bundle. Got 5 bundle and 3 chicken sandwiches. She tells me that’s not what you ordered.

Put an order thru the mobile app, got to the drive thru and gave code, then got to the window and had the employee tell us that the order was cancelled, when we did not cancel it, and that there was no more food left, lady probably just took the food for herself
