It’s fast food, so it’s not 5 star worthy. My only complaint is that I always have to double check that my son got the right sauce with his nugget happy meal. They very often just give bbq sauce. I think that might be the default option when ringing it in. Other than that, I have always had a good experience. The playplace is cleaned regularly as well as the dining room and bathrooms. Food quality is on par with what you would expect from fast food. Never had any issues with the customer service.

Manager Nadias eyes look glazed over its as if anything you say she doesn’t comprehend. She yells and is rude every time im there. Shes needs to be fired. Even when placing my order she constantly interrupts me before i can even finish speaking. 50% of the time im missing something in the order and instead of fixing the problem I’m yelled at and called a liar. GM and district manager both don’t care to them the employees are right and not the customer even when clearly they messed up. Look at other reviews this place is a joke and will continue to go down hill due to lack of competence and management.

Was in the drive-through having trouble with the app around 11:00pm on June 9, 2023. I clicked on my reward of a free cone (for 1500 points) but the 40% cone code came up instead. I tried to explain the problem with the app to the intellectually-challenged girl at the first window in the drive-through who refused to listen or look at the app. She kept yelling, “I’M NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU! I’M NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU!” Nobody’s arguing, lady! Just trying to explain the problem with the app to you. Where do they get deranged workers like this? This woman was absolutely out of control! Hire better! This woman, obviously special ed, is pathetic!!!
