08/12/23 here at 7:30 PM and the kid play area is disgusting. I understand that people before me left it like this but not one employee has came to clean it, wiped down a table or sweep it since I’ve been here. The teen employees are all just huddle at the register eating with their friends while on clock. The rest of the restaurant also has #’s left on them while all tabls dirty too. Clean the place and then hang out but if management doesn’t care either it seems cause they’re right there eating with the employees in front of customers.

There’s been very few times where I have gotten a complete order from this location. Today I ordered on the mobile app, a hash brown and 1 sausage burrito, which was free with rewards. I find this time a bit more annoying because literally both items can fit in one hand. Anyways, the accuracy has gone completely down hill. BY FAR THE WORST LOCATION. Vanessa the “manager” refused to give us our order because she stated they didn’t have enough workers.. Another employee tried to cut off access to one of the lanes because they were getting too busy. lol a joke, i hope Mcdonald’s start hiring people who actually feel like working!
