If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars I would. There’s always an issue with something. Never have I ever gone through the drive through, just handed over my payment and then at the next window be handed my food. It’s always sorry something is wrong; the store is flagging people down outside to just leave, they tell you to pull up to the next window when you have already been waiting for 15 minutes, you ask for a simple straw that they forgot to hand you and you get attitude. It’s one thing if someone is having a bad day, we all have them from time to time but the consistent nonsense coming from this location is absolutely absurd. It’s fast food, it’s not supposed to be this difficult.

I live near this McDonalds and don’t eat there often. It’s one of worst I’ve been to for one simple reason. They do not fill your order correctly; meaning they will serve you burgers without the proper toppings. If you order a deluxe do not expect it to have any toppings. If you order a cheeseburger it’s likely there will be no cheese on it. This has happened enough times to me and different family members that we assume they do this on purpose. So, I don’t go there anymore.

DINING ROOM IS FREEZING. PLAYGROUND HAS ANNOYING FIRE ALARM CHIPPING SOUND EVERY MINUTE. THERE IS NO PLACE TO SIT COMFORTABLY. KNOCK THAT WALL DOWN BETWEEN THE FRONT COUNTER & THE KITCHEN LIKE IT USED TO BE. THEN THE KITCHEN WON’T GET SO HOT, AND YOU CAN TURN THE AIR CONDITIONER DOWN!
