Worst ever in-restaurant experience I had today. I came in to store 3232 S Rt 59, Naperville with my wife and kids and ordered at 8:09pm March 30th. It took almost 15 minutes to deliver an incomplete order. The happy meal was delivered without the apple slices and juice. When I came back to ask for it, it was literally thrown on the desk. Not so nice gesture with mumbling in the mouth I could not hear, surely they were not nice words. When asked on delivery time, I was told that I should have ordered drive through instead. Surely not coming to this store again. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Terrible experience with the curly haired manager and the team. The girl who took my order on drive-through, get my order wrong. When I asked my second strawberry smoothie on the pick up window, the other lady told me to go drive through again and order it, crazy . So, I refused to go again and asked them to charge here and give my remaining order, which is just a cup of smoothie. So, the lady on the pick up window said, she is going to call the police, if I don’t move . Then the manager come and called the police, and told me to move because police is on the way. Why do I need to move? I said “I need to stay on the crime scene if the police is coming” . But after a minute he asked “please, can you wait on the other side? Hmm, I said “Okay, I like the word PLEASE” and I moved to the other side. 5 minutes later, he brought my card, locked their store’s door and shut the window saying, you don’t get anything, now go! How crazy .

Went threw the drive up. Got the order. It was cold. Pulled up to go back in to get replacement food. Walk in stood there for a few min before I was noticed by your front line cashier. Why because she was to busy laughing at the two young men standing there “EATING OUT THE FRY BIN” when she turned around you would have thought she seen a ghost. Sooo fast forward to me calling. Leaving the store because I couldn’t wait to speak with mngmnt I call and ask to speak to a manager. Well I was given the name Michael. And he listened to my story. And told m e to hold on. Well Michael never came back to the phone. I called l called several times with no answer. ……so now the next day. I call and was told that Michael is just a shift manager. And I need to speak with Brian or Jessica. We’ll I did just that and I think Michael still just sits and answer this phone. We’ll today when I called I was told by Michael that Brian said ” he is busy, and he will have to call you back”. WELL THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS THIS MCDONALD’S IS NASTY AND THEY EAT OUT THE FRY BIN. AND THE MANAGMENT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

It seems like this restaurant has been renovated recently, and it was pleasant to stay there to eat. The service was quick as usual, but the burgers stacked neatly without pickles scattered all over the box or condiments spilling over the sides. Despite eating in a fast-food chain restaurant, I value the presentation of the meal over how quickly it’s made. When it comes to McDonald’s, “Double quarter pounder with cheese” is my go-to choice. But, because it’s rather bulky, it reflects how careful the employees are with each order (taken into account that they don’t have a long line in the drive-through, and dine-in is not jam-packed either).

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I felt uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The manager was extremely rude, immature, and even racist. The manager caused a scene for no reason and abruptly ruined mine and my fiancé’s meal. The manager was making assumptions and raising his voice when it was completely unnecessary. Never ever coming back here again. Do not come to this McDonald’s. I hope there are some major changes at this location.

Everytime I come to this fast food establishment I always get piping hot, and what feels like fresh food. I have no idea how people get these half-cooked burgers in these reviews, while I’m getting some of the best fast food burgers I’ve ever ate. I would recommend their hot and spicy McChicken. 10/10
