Order two spicy deluxe crispy chicken. Get home and no deluxe. Just one slice of pickle and spicy sauce. The chicken wasn’t fresh and was stringy and overcooked. Fries were cold. Got taken today. Won’t be back. I really used to love McDonald’s when they were the best around

This Mc Donald’s was one of the best I have ever visited. The place was clean , the staff were professional, the food was fresh , and they had ice cream too. All the other Mc Donald’s in the Chicagoland area never ever ever have ice cream or shakes. My dine in experience was great. There were no long lines and ample enough staff. Everyone was working.

Orange juice is now not an option with breakfast meals. Upcharge if you want that. The cups are smaller, though, since last time I was there. A medium looks like what a small used to. Had to park up and wait from the drive thru. I had to wait because of the hash browns. /All/ of the food in the bag was not warm/fresh. I assume that waiting for something would mean that it was being cooked recently. Apparently not. Not only were the hash browns not warm, they were dry and hard, like they were slightly overcooked, and then sat for a bit too long. I suspect that they did sit too long, and that they dropped them back in the oil to get them seeming hot again, which would have that drying/hardening effect after they’ve been out a couple minutes. The total price was the same as the last time I went, to the penny, so the decrease in OJ size is basically a sneaky price hike.

I tried to order at the counter inside. There were two employees having a personal conversation behind the register while I stood there and waited to place my order. After several minutes, one FINALLY asked me for my order. I started to speak, and she quickly put up a finger – telling me to wait a moment. She then went back to the conversation with the fellow employee.
