On June 24th at 8:57pm I ordered food in your drive-thru. As we were pulling up to the food window, we hear screaming. This woman in the blue shirt was screaming at the top of her lungs into the phone (check your cameras) “clock the F@#! in” and screamed it over and over, and over. The woman working the window looked petrified. I had young kids in my vehicle, witnessing all of this and scared to death. Who ever this woman is, should be ashamed of herself, and so should you @McDonalds for employing such an animal. I will NEVER visit your location again.

I tried to call and speak with the Manager to resolve this issue seeing as to how they can’t afford another bad review at a 3.2 star review already but since they don’t seem to want to answer their phones after repeated attempts I will have to address my issue here. Who ever is working with the customers either at the window or at the counter NEEDS to have customer service skills! Easy… If they don’t like to deal with customers than they need to be in the back making the food or cleaning. We aren’t asking for Mary Poppins excitement, just someone who isn’t gonna get lippy with us because we order something that they ran out of stock of. Again… Not our fault.

#2 Nasty a$$ uncooked burgers now!!!!! #1 I have always had some issue or another with this place, but it convenient. Today is the last visit I will make. Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru because your blocked in of course. 3 cars from the window, I finally got an opening and left. You know, if there is an issue, send someone outside to address it. I happened to be having a low blood sugar episode, so this right there was not good! Its been an hour since I left and still jittery. Done!!

Four years ago, this McDonald’s received 5 stars, today minus 0. Don’t even waste your time going after 7:30 or 8, they stop serving. Doesn’t have everyday items, like Coke, for more than a week. I’m not sure how they are still open.

Got the grandkids unexpectedly so we decided to go to McDonald’s well big mistake all our fry’s were old and cold nuggets were cold as well i got a big mac which hardly had and sauce or lettuce wife’s mcdouble had hardly had any condiments on it needless to say we’re never going there again a big waste of $37.00
