We stop through here to pick up breakfast as thus is the only location where we can still get the bagels for breakfast. My husband and daughter prefer the bagel at breakfast but everyone stopped selling them near us. Except for this last time they have always been really good, this last time they said the bagel tasted like it was never toasted, but my biscuit was still very good. The employees that we encounter on our way through are always very friendly and courteous. We have never had issues with this stores drive through, can’t say that about many of the others.

I was just a few cars behind an argument between a customer, a employee and the manager. the customer had simply asked what sandwiches they have, the employee kept denying answering so the customer kept asking till she finally did. she then mocked the customer by repeating what they said to a different customer. the original customer over heard and said something about it. then the manager proceeded to berate the customer who had just been mocked. completely unprofessional. will never return.

I passed through on Sat 4/15 and your drive thru gal was the most friendly and professional. I didn’t grab her name but she had a white choker necklace on. I added a small fry on late, and expected her to be annoyed (give past Exp at other locations) and she really proved me wrong. Who ever she is, great work and maybe you could train the staff in Kankakee. They are the most rude I’ve ever encountered.

Waited for 20 minutes after ordering from the drive thru. Had 7 orders that ordered after us be delivered before we got our food. When i went inside to ask about the status of our food, i was met with a very rude response. I do not recommend this location and will not be coming back here again.
