I hate doing this but man….what a nightmare this visit was. I made a mobile order, for ONE large swet tea. Got to the restaurant, waited for over 12 minutes in line just to get a cup. Finally get my cup, go to get my drink, no ice, in either machine. A nice young man comes out to refill large lids that a previous customer had asked for, then got asked to go get ice, which he did. After standing there waiting for 10 more minutes, just for a drink, I filled my cup with ice and sweet tea. Took a long waited for drink and nearly gagged. The sweet tea was the worst I’ve ever had. And I drink a McDonald’s sweet tea every single day. This tasted extremely over brewed then a crapload of sugar dumped in it to cover the overbrewing. It was awful. I even went and tried the 2nd canister of sweet tea but it was just as bad. The young lady at the counter was so overwhelmed and the young man who kept getting asked to do job after job after job, before the other one was even finished, are the only reasons I gave service 2 stars. The unsweetened tea canister was leaking all over the beverage area, no ice, no lids stocked, no ketchup, and some lady screaming out demands in the back, I can see why they are understaffed. I wouldn’t work for someone who yells like that. It’s rude to the staff and disrespectful to the customers. This McDonald’s used to be very clean and well ran. The only positive was the play area. It was clean and the kids had fun.

Had a big Mac probably very close to the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. Bun was stale and smashed flat, burger was super thin and tasteless actually I am not sure what it tastes like due to the large amount of sauce running all over. Probably going to be a long time before I stop there again, there are just too many other places to eat.

Had an issue at night with never having iced coffee. I had my Fiancé call ahead before i put in a mobile order and they told him they had enough for 1 large iced coffee. i put in the order and went on my lunch break to get it and when i got there they had dumped the remainder of their coffee. He spoke with the manager Angie and she was more than helpful. 2 nights later he went to get my a coffee to bring to me at work and drove all the way there for them to say that they have no coffee left. BOTH INSTANCES WERE 7:00ish at night. Angie said that they are to have coffee until close. I worked there and it is not hard to make an iced coffee!!!

Wait for ever for employee acknowledgement. Wait 20 mins for food. Had to then tell employee what we needed that was missing one of which they told me they dont have and found at end of time there that they really do. Drink bar and tables all a mess. Nothing stocked. Had the kids so went to play area. Place is a mess floors and tables filthy. An employee came in pretended to wipe 2 tables that were already clean ignored rest of mess. Play equipment is disgustingly filthy not only with dirt but foodstuff and old forgotten socks. This place is a joke.
