Worst McDonalds in Peoria. Came in at 730p, only 1 customer inside and 1 car in drive thru. Multiple employees on their phones, cussing, twerking, saying n**ga this and n**ga that. Floor was trashed and looked like the kid play area hadn’t been cleaned all day. Everyone needs fired there and hire all new staff

Have you ever been to a McDonald’s that wasn’t anything like the others you’ve experienced? Most likely, you have not. McDonald’s is well known for being a “push button” or “turn key” run business, which is why they have the success they do. However, I would suggest that this location improve their prep training. The toppings, of their sandwiches, should be evenly distributed and not just piled in one spot. Also, which seems to be an ongoing problem, is to have HOT fries. I personally do not know anyone who likes them cold, or room temperature. Or food was cooked well and they didn’t forget to put napkins in the bag. They also didn’t forget any of the food items. That’s a good thing because I have had many experiences where I’ve been traveling, hoping to get something quick so I can get back on the road, and finding myself disappointed because I discovered that they forgot something. By this time I’m already a few minutes down the road. Should you have a hunger for a popular item, and you are traveling, this store is a decent stop. Unbelievable. Workers are kids playing around with each other and doing virtually nothing. Hamburger had ketchup slopped on each side of the bun and the burger was not even cooked. Still thawing. Store was not clean. I would be mortified if I were the owner. No way is this acceptable.

Great place to go with kids, the playground it is bigger than the average McDonald’s. The service isn’t the best, but my kids play there at least 2 hours while I get to sit right in front of the playground and watch my favorite show. I got 2 kids and usually bring my neighbor 2 kids along. Only have to spend $5 per kids for a happy meal.

the employees for the night shift was rude when I was waiting for my food to bring to me through the drive thru i saw one of the employees grabe a fry out of my bag and they were unprofessional. They really need to do better for night shift. This is not the only time I had bad experience with night shift or day shift employees. Hope they do better next time. Because I’m getting tired of this . This place I thought was supposed to be a happy Clean place to eat for anyone of us especially kids. They are un professional especially when there are kids around. I might as well go to a different McDonald’s. They do not keep up with nothing The cleaning, the bathrooms. All they do is be on their phones or talk they cuss around kids and THE DEFINITELY DONT BE PROFESSIONAL. They really need to keep up with their employees or just fire to re hire some better employees. Sometimes they don’t get the orders right. They serve us cold fries. I really hope they do better with this place. Because this is getting tired of everything.

Unfortunately this one of only a few restaurants with drive through near where I work. Not uncommon for you to wait 10+ minutes unacknowledged with noone else in line. And if you ask if they’re there, expect attitude.

The drive through order taker was very rude. I asked for a previously wrong order to be replaced. She asked for my name which I gave. Then wanted me to pay for the replacement meal. She told me corrections must be done 2 – 3 days after the error. She said a receipt was required. I said the manager who was informed of the wrong order did not tell me any of that information. When I got to the pick up window though it was labeled as ordered, the sandwich was not made as I ordered it (second time wrong). I gave it back and waited for a new one made as ordered. No one apologized for getting the order wrong again. I called when I got home and the person who answered would not give her name. She hung up when I was explaining the problem. No one would answer when I called back. I have NEVER had such bad customer service.
