New remodel looks nice, but they got rid of the self-serve fountain drink machine. Now you have to wait for a very long time to get your drinks refilled since no one pays attention. They also don’t have ketchup out anymore so you have to wait a long time for that.

Food was fine. Didn’t receive my hashbrowns in my order and didn’t notice til I got home. Called to let them know I was coming in and was told they wouldn’t reserve the food for me because it was a waste if I didn’t come. Got to the store and the manager looked at the receipt and told me “I put hashbrowns in that bag!” I responded by saying I double checked and she shortly stated “I’m not going to argue!” And stormed off bringing back a bag of hashbrowns and slamming it on the counter. I asked for her name (not wearing a name tag) and she began ignoring me and refused to give me her name. She then walked off, ignoring me as I attempted to address her again.

I have had 3 terrible experiences with this establishment is the last month and will not be going back. The staff is unfriendly and the food quality is poor. My last visit I ordered a regular cheeseburger and when I got home there was no patty on my sandwich. Very grateful Culver’s opened next door!

I ordered a meal that cost $4.99, and asked for a large latte. They said it was included, and then up charged me another $2.49. I could have gotten the sandwich and the latte for cheaper than the meal. She said she was fixing it, but never did. After I asked twice about it, she stayed that was the up charge price.

Decided to buy and pickup the family dinner at this location. After getting home and opening the bag we noticed two of our fries were put in the bag upside down. Opening my double Quarter Pounder with cheese I saw a mutilated burger patty (see picture) and noticed I was missing 1 of the 2 pieces of cheese on it. Also wife’s drink should have been a diet coke but when she tasted it she realized it was a root beer.
