It happened to me one time but it was horrible experience. I ordered something midnight during summer holiday with only four or five people inside, something wrong with my app that it ate my number, and my email has some issue that I couldn’t find any proof. The server kept repeating that due to policy he cannot give me my order( showed him my recent order record, it was just after 0 and I ordered 2 ice cream at that time, easily recognizable). The sever should either say yes or no rather than repaleating the policy over and over again, plus that was a easy case to fix. Really bad service

Originally when I posted the review I had a double filet o fish and a McDouble and they were both really good. I haven’t had that good a McDonald’s burger in a while. The service was fast and the seating facilities are great. Since then I have visited it many times and the quality has almost always been very good.

So I’m editing my review. Service quality is at most okay, you’re not gonna walk away happy. Have seen better McDonald’s, try the one at Neil Street. Place is inundated by students and staff don’t even try to improve on their service since it’s a constant traffic. I mean where else can you get cheap food packed as fast food, perfect for college students.
