The black employees looked right at us… helped the black customers… ignored us and walked away. Leaving us unable to pay for our food and leaving without our order. It was completely UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL aside from blatantly racist. I do not throw that word around lightly but it was blatant. We have NEVER been treated so poorly. It was 100% obvious they had no intentions of assisting any white customers. I will be making a formal complaint about your establishment and company as this seems to be acceptable at many of your other locations. This isn’t stopping here. Word of mouth travels far and I plan to tell everyone.

Not bad location most of the mcdonalds have lost their customer service and you have long waits especially if you go inside. The employees are rude and just ignore customers. This location is ok not near as bad as the others. Carlyle Ave location is the best one.

Ordered 2 bouble cheese burgers . Both were overcooked (blackened ,burnt) the bread was hard and they looked like they had been in the warmer bin since earlier in the day, as if they just reset the button instead of throwing them out and making fresh in my opinion, which could really make someone sick in my opinion , if that is the case. When I returned and asked to speak with the manager, she showed no concern ,walked away without saying anything and sent my card and receipt back to me by the drive thru guy, and he apologized for the service not the manager, which I feel was very unprofessional . I haven’t visited the location on Carlyle in a while due to poor food quality and I doubt t I’ll be back to this one anytime soon, because it’s becoming the norm to get old stale food from These locations in my latest experiences.

Should give mo stars at all!! They get an order wrong I didn’t know cheeseburger happy meal sounds like 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal then I went back through the drive thru and they took the cheeseburger back which I should report then they wanted me to pull forward to wait for the chicken nugget happy mean when they got the order wrong and they were concerned about the line instead of just replacing the happy meal I didnt pull forward especially when they are in the wrong…the young girl handing food out slamming the window needs way longer training instead of showing her hood side. This is the WORST place to eat. After sitting in the drive thru for about 10 min to finally get to the order board, I sat and waited another 10 min without any word from a cashier. The people in lane 2 orders were being taken because the were showing on the screen of lane 1. After so long I just pulled up. I finally got to the pay window and I told your associate no one ever took my order. She tells me I have to go back around. I ask to speak with a mgr, informed her that I wanted the corporate # and she acted clueless but finally took my order. Majorly poor customer service. Lack of training. Unprofessional and if there was an option for a negative infinity rating that still would be to much for this place. I thought McDonalds was fast food but they are slow as molasses.

Wife and I went in to order food. Workers were more interested in gossiping than serving customers. They would look at us then return to gossiping. Waited for little over 5 minutes then left, no other customers were at counter, we were only ones.

Walked inside to order food. The lady said you have to use the kiosk. We aren’t taking orders up there. There’s only two of us. I got in my car, went into drive thru just so she has to take my order. She was rude as hell. Quality of employees are horrific.

Drive thru was extremely busy and slow, not always this way though. Got wrong order but wasn’t worth turning around. Staff must learn to make iced coffee had milk and carmel. Disappointing experience!
