They messed up 2 of our delivery orders and then proceeded to be super rude about it after we had to wait in (a very long) line to speak to someone about our 3 missing McFlurries. No replacements or anything. This location is regularly awful, but this was absolutely absurd. Even our neighbors have had issues with this location. If you want McDonald’s, don’t go to this one. The other local locations are much better. This location should be shut down.

I waited 30 minutes for two suasage burritos… just to get my order and the burritos were the only thing right. Got a total of 6 items and only 2 of the 6 items were correct, as they should be considering I waited 30 minutes for someone to wrap a tortilla. I’m heated to say the least. Lady at the front register was super nice but holy cow that doesn’t mean much when the goobers in the back don’t even read what you ordered

Ordered a McDouble and fries and ranch to go with it. Food was brought to us and no ranch on tray so went to the front and manager said we would have to pay since there was already some on it. Also wouldn’t let me get a refund from my fries being cold and burger being raw.

The staff & food quality was great. However, the food ordering kiosk requires some updates to it’s software. After selecting your food, you get two choices; 1) “Add to your order” or 2) “View your order”. If you are finished ordering your food the 2d selection does not intuitively suggest it’s the choice to pay for your food. I suggest a 3d choice which simply states; “Purchase/Pay for your order”.

Fries were burnt brown and limp. Lady told me double fries on happy meal cost more… My kid has allergies to apples, so we pick double fries at other locations through mobile order without an issue. Had to hold up drive through for my actual order of double fries on the happy meals.

I have not patronized this location since July of 2018. The experience I had then was as horrible as it was last night. We came in, and it was empty except for one employee’s mother who was waiting to talk to her daughter. We started to walk to the counter to order when I noticed the kiosk where you order for yourself. We easily navigated the kiosk and decided we would pay at the register. We received confirmation at the kiosk to grab a number for our table, take a seat, and they would bring the food to us. It was my assumption that we would then pay for the food when they brought the food to the table, perhaps. We waited, and we waited, watching drive-thru customers get their food as well as the employee giving her mother food and talking to her. My friend that came with me went to the counter eventually, and after asking an employee for assistance twice, they were bothered enough to answer him, putting their phone down to do so. The employee informed him they didn’t have our order. That was extremely aggravating and unimpressive.

I put in a mobile order tonight and it was charged on my debit card. When I get there to pick up my food they said they were no longer accepting mobile orders and would not issue a refund. When I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager, they would not come to the window they just kept relaying messages. Finally I was just told to call their corporate office and was dismissed. NO FOOD NO REFUND GIVEN. EXCEPTIONALLY POOR customer service.

Met in drive-through was very kind. I was a couple cents short on a large order. I was scrambling for change , and he told me not to worry about it. Food was fresh and service was awesome as always. Good to see smiles in a drive thru

Very very slow. Gave us a milk shake and told us to pull forward. 20 min later when the shake was melted, I had to go in and ask where our food was. It took them another five minutes to figure out what where it was. When they finally gave it to me, it was cold. And, they forgot to give one of the drinks. They made no effort to rectify the situation. Barely apologetic as it was.
