This McDonald’s is complete trash. Multiple times I’ve ordered through my app and they legit mess it up every time! A week ago they forgot 4 doubles so I had to go back and get them.. by the time I got back the rest of my food was cold! Then this evening I placed an order and they forgot my drink.. tried to call no answer. I’m not wasting my gas to go get a drink from employees that clearly can’t do their job right.. do your company a favor and fire your entire night shift!

This location’s quality does not match the price. Always missing food, the wait time is ridiculous, They make you park and clear their orders so the company thinks they are doing well and they aren’t. The worst for me is when I order fries and they give me less than half the container, if I order a large I only get enough to fill a small fry bag. For the price I pay I want the amount I paid for. The food is rarely hot as well.

One of the highest priced McDonald’s I think I’ve ever eaten at and they are very inconsistent with their quality. Don’t get me started on the accuracy of their order fulfillment. The only good thing I can take away from this restaurant is they keep it clean. Lately, there has been something missing in the flavor of the food. Possibly a result from the ultra processing that goes on during production.
