This location is consistently terrible. I need to make a conscious effort go to the one on Monroe or 6th & South Grand but that is a personal issue. Rude employees, constantly understaffed (just ask them they will tell you in an excuse making way), owner has her phone number posted but when you speak with her (she will actually answer) she makes the same excuses and is just as rude and clueless as the employees. No one there ever smiles and just look and act miserable. When an order is actually delivered it is usually wrong…or they tell you to “pull around” and forget about you for 25 minutes…AND THEN DELIVER THE WRONG ORDER STILL!!! OY…as I said I personally need to go elsewhere and stop giving in to convenience because the only thing convenient here is that nothing changes.

The lady taking the order was so rude to my mother. Got our drinks wrong which was the only thing we ordered. The lady at the second window was smiling and then the lady that brought our drinks out was rude also. Never will I go through that store again.

The cashier didn’t ring all of our food up. We ordered 1 sausage egg McMuffin, 1 sausage egg biscuit, 5 mcgriddles, and 4 hash browns; we ended up with the McMuffin, biscuit, and only 4 mcgriddles and 2 hash browns.

This place seems to not like curbside pickup and will leave you sitting for 30-40 minutes after you check in. Then when you finally decide to walk in they have already wiped out your order so the only record of it is if you screenshot the app before they remove it. But it doesn’t remove the charge to your credit card.

This is the most incompetent fast food place in south Springfield 2nd only to Chipotle. They have no concept of what a line is. Every time I go there I get skipped in the double drive through at least once but more often its 2 or 3 times. Then inevitably the incompetents continues as they force you to drive around the store so the slowest guy on staff can lazily walk your order out through the main entrance instead of at the 2nd window like a normal personstore. Then if you have a problem with your order (which is about 50% of the time) now you’re walking inside. If you try and rely on the person that brought your order out to you you’re going to be waiting forever because they forgot about you instantly. This isn’t just one experience, its damn near every time. McDonalds needs to revoke their franchise license because this place gives McDonalds a bad name.

All I ordered was a large soda. There was one car in front of me. When I got to the window, it took 5 minutes for the person to give me my order. She told me to have a nice night and then yelled at me “Nice night!” I’ve never been yelled at by a customer service employee. It really surprised me.
