Went there with grandson to get a quick bite. I only got a double cheeseburger. Well 6 hrs later I woke up severely sick with food poisoning. 72 hours homebound, 12 lbs lost and still havent recovered. I’m out lost of work, doctor Bill’s, medical expense all over there nasty food. And the kid at counter had no clue how to take a order. Never will I look at a McDonald’s. Everything is disgusting at the west frankfort one.

Placed a mobile order through the McDonalds app, but they said they “didn’t get it” and wouldn’t give me my food, they said that the app had issues and they were not liable. I was charged for the food; this has happened several times over the past month; not sure who is to blame but I feel that it could have been handled better than laughing and saying “Not our fault”.

Ordered on the app for curbside. A couple people pulled up after us and got their order before us. After 45 minutes of sitting in the same spot, number 6. I went inside. I was told my order was waiting on fries. As if every order I watched for 45 minutes that got handed out didn’t have a single order of fries. Stood at the counter for several minutes before I was even helped. My fries were cold to top it all off.

You can basically say I’m a regular year I have an 8-year-old son that loves McDonald’s nuggets and the Playland here in West Frankfort I also love the app because they say so much time and he also get deals and then you get to redeem points for free stuff just remember to update your app every once in awhile or your points won’t update as well too and then they also doordash too so that is great and they mess up on your order they will always replace it

Order meal got home they forgot the fries . Every time the fries are upside down sandwich looks like went down a flight os stairs . None of them wearing hair nets or gloves . The girl at the window her hair was down to her butt braded . She was scratching her head then handling the food . One burger had hair on it . That o e was my dog’s he said he didn’t care . Is wasn’t the only place in town at that hour they would not get my business .
