McDonald’s in potosi Missouri is like any other McDonald’s. Run by teenagers and a manager who probably hates their life ( wouldn’t you if you had to deal with all those angry customers?). They are always very busy and never seem to have enough staff. Your order will always get messed up because big shocker (teenagers don’t listen) . It’s ok, though. They’re learning and growing. Try not to explode when someone’s 16 year old kid forgets to leave pickle off your burgers, I know you paid to get it your way but they just made 50 other burgers WITH pickles….and their just kids…oh and sometimes the ice cream machine works

I can’t stand McDonald’s. The taste of the food has been continuously dropping for years now, and the service isn’t even cohesive with a place that wants to stay open. It’s as if they know people won’t stop going here, so who cares if the service is terrible? If you get your order quickly, it’s wrong. If you have to wait forever for your food, it’s all cold. We tried using the mobile app to order ahead because they claimed it would be faster, and we were in a hurry. So we pull into the drive through, give them the order number, and when we get to the window to pick it up, they ask us to pull to the side because they need to make more fries. Okay, fine. I guess that makes sense. So after sitting for ten minutes, I walked over to the window and asked how much longer it would be as we were already late, and they said *in annoyed teen attitude tone* “The fries are taking a long time so just a couple more minutes.” How long do fries take?! Two minutes later, we recieve a bag (missing food), and all the fries are cold. I swear, I get that it can be a fast paced environment, and all the normal complaints the workers have about fast food, but McDonald’s (the company) clearly doesn’t have any cares about customer service, accuracy in orders, or quality in food. Those are the three key things I expect to at least be SOMEWHAT up to standard, but McDonald’s is just out trying to find how low they can drop the bar.

Well it would be great to get the order correctly which it was not. And when you recieve your triple cheeseburger(or whatever sandwich) and you open the wrapper to find a clumped, crammed and pretty much nasty triple cheeseburger. So this was my triple cheeseburger and the one that was with the toppings (and my mom’s was supposed to be plain and it was not.) Been really super frustrating. And yeah people say, “it’s fast food what did you expect?” I expect courtesy, I expect the correct order, I expect to have the food done properly and I expect that for the cost of fast food as a consumer please do all of this to keep customers happy and returning. Thanks McDonald’s

Everytime it feels my order is missing an item when I use the app at the spot for at least five times and today I waited over 15 minutes in the heat waiting for my order and I get it and the girl gave it to me and then I had to go back in and get my large order of fries. You guys need to get your orders filled and correctly before taking them out to the car. Having to wait and see other cars come and go before you get your order just isn’t right. I feel this McDonald’s is a big let down in filling the orders correctly and timely. Waiting almost 15 minutes is absurd. 3.4 isn’t a proud overall number to be proud of they need to be closer to 5 or close the doors and get their staff looking at how to improve their numbers. I would be disappointed if I was just an average store instead of excellent.

I usually go there for cheap easy food. Sometimes it takes 25-30 minutes to get to me and this is a “fast” food joint id expect them to be fast. The people are rude, and the food is rushed so it doesn’t have the appeal and is sometimes undercooked.

Used app to make a pick-up. Arrived gave code. Received receipt. Received drink and asked to pull forward. 18 minutes later I called inside and let them know I was still waiting. Was apologized to and given a large fry and blueberry pie. I asked if there was anything I could do differently for next time to help make it easier. Was told no that change in process of how orders are coming in and they are training and learning. Thought ordering on app was supposed to make it easier. Although I do understand I just felt disappointed.
