In the drive through they asked us to pull forward to the third window and I asked the guy if he could make sure we have the 4 sweet and sour sauces we ordered. He said absolutely sir. Then he specifically placed one sweet and sour sauce at the top so we would think we had them and then smirked and walked away. It was so clearly intentional because we asked because they always forget even when we pay for them. Not sure why he thinks poor service is so funny.

By far the worse customer service. I sat here to wait on my fiance, so I worked on my homework. These workers are cussing the whole time, food orders were wrong, the workers are very loud and unprofessional. The fries I ordered were cold. I couldn’t believe the managers were even talking to their employees with disrespect. I’ve been a manager and I would not put up with employees like these people. Rude, disrespectful, and the language and discussions that they have are totally inappropriate for this supposed to be a kid friendly environment. Wouldn’t bring my children here ever. They’re so many kid events in Kirkwood so these people need to open their eyes and realize kids may be in the lobby. This McDonald’s need all new management and employees or need an education class on how to work in customer service jobs or with the public period. Be prepared to here f this and b that. Or to have your food orders wrong. Never made a review on any place but I couldn’t stand being around this environment.

Amazing double fish sandwich &the coolest table that lit up when you waved your hand over it or placed your food down. My son had so much fun playing with that table. He was well entertained& actually stayed seated the whole time!

This is an excellent McDonalds to go to! I never had any problems at this McDonalds. I have gone through the drive through and I have been inside. It’s nice, clean, usually the cashiers are friendly; this McDonalds is not too chaotic, and I never had any problems with my food.

We sat in line for 42 minutes on July 4th. Once we reached the order window, they shut the lights off and didn’t take our order. There were only 11 cars in front of us when we arrived. Whoever the manager is needs to find a different line of work. Seriously, why would you not fully staff your store knowing there would be an influx of customers coming after fireworks? Do better.

I wouldn’t normally take the time to review a fast food restaurant, but this was the worst experience i’ve ever had. the workers are always rude but today a guy with no teeth was the rudest of all of them. i waited in line about 20 minuets this morning and by the time i got to order he told me breakfast was over. i said i had waited 20 minuets and it was 10:35 at this point. he said “no breakfast” so i ordered a mocha frappe. when i got to the window i paid someone else and then a few moments later this man with no teeth opened the window and asked what i got and i said i had already paid and then he said “that’s not what i asked you, what did you get” so i said a mocha frappe and then moments later he opened the window again and started harassing me about moving my car up but someone was ahead of me and there wasn’t much space to move up. i said i can’t move up and he said “you have a whole half of a car in front of you scoot up”

I normally wouldn’t take the time to review a chain restaurant, but this was truly shocking, the most disgusting McDonalds location we’ve ever eaten. Floors were audibly sticky, napkins and paper wrappers all over the floor, surfaces not wiped, no ice in the soda machine, and the bathroom was an atrocity. Truly awful showing here. We will never be back to this location.

Dirty and not tasty at all. Food was terrible. Medium and large fries were the same, almost warm and without salt. Burger was also not freshly prepared. Spilled drink was on the floor when we came and nobody cares for 20 min while we where there. Dirty toilet. Rap music was playing. Strongly not recommend to visit.
