Nobody in line when we pulled up. My son loves Mcds so since we were on vacation before heading home for a 4.5 hr ride I decided to let him get it. There was BLOOD in the nuggets, I should report them to the health dpt because I don’t even know how that happened. I guess I should of read the reviews before going to this location, looks like they need a lot of work. Service was good though!

My friend and I were planning on eating at this location during our lunch time two weeks ago. We were very excited to go to this new location however when we tried entering the facility all the doors were locked. I understand if you are understaffed however there could have been at least a sign stating that the indoor was not open to the public. We felt like total fools along with another man who was confused to why the doors were locked. It would have been at least nice for an employee to come out and let us know that the lobby is not open.

Asked if we could order at the counter and was told no! So we went to the kiosk and ordered. 2 cheese burger meal with a diet coke and a double cheese. Tried to order a cup of water, nowhere on the menu!

I seriously used to love coming here. After the remodel you are lucky to get your food by the time your break is over. I don’t think they know wth they are doing anymore! I got in line at 12 it’s 12:15 and haven’t even ordered yet. Also they never put cheese on anything like you ask ever!!!!!

No drink station at this McDonald’s so you can’t refill your own drink or choose how much ice you want. As a tea drinker, I like to put a little sweet tea in my unsweetened tea, but if someone else makes it, it’s always too sweet. I hate this new model of restaurant… Order yourself, but don’t get your own drinks..

Called at 1020 to check they were open, was forced to give my order over the phone because they were shutting off the grill and closing even though hours are til eleven and I was 3 minutes up the road! What the hell happened to customer service? And I’m sick of hearing that the pandemic changed everything… NO! People lost all sense of work ethic and respect… people got lazy!

Nice place. Newly renovated. Inside service was good at 9am. Food was fresh and coffee hot. Clean environment with large walking area around the tables. They have a community table also, which I like. Enjoyed this experience.
