My experience was fine- just as expected. While eating, I overheard a couple that came in with an issue with how an employee on another day handled some situation. The cashier and then the manager both addressed their concern with all due respect and empathy and had excellent and genuine customer service skills. Much more than I would expect at a fast food restaurant.

McDonalds getting a 3/5 is no surprise to anyone I’m sure, but this McDonald’s is a little more aggravating than most. I frequent this McDonald’s often and the level of service and quality of food seems to fluctuate greatly. My last trip was fine, I got breakfast, and it was rather good. Often times though it is an experience where it feels lacking and the service/food is not amazing.

Our fries were cold and unsalted. On the bottom of our burger bun, there were holes so I looked closer with a flashlight and I saw like 30 brown bug looking things! My wife thinks they were burnt seseme seeds but I’m not convinced. I should have taken a pic! What a disappointment.
