I’m a doordasher, I’ve been doing this for a little over two years. Today 8-11-23 at abt 5Pm I had an order to pick up here. It’s 96 degrees out and humid as hell. I go in hot as hell and sweating. I asked the girl that hands me the order if I could possibly get a cup of water. She says well I’m going to charge you. So if you want to pay for it okay. She was so condescending and almost like she was pointing her nose down at me. If she only knew I pull over a grand a week and I’m sure she not even close to that level but treated me as tho I was beneath her for asking for a water. Trust and believe they won’t ever get my business!!!!

Employees don’t pay attention to any customers in the lobby. I stood there for 10 minutes before I was even aknolaged wile I can go to any other McDonald’s and get helped faster. plus doing door Dash services with them is even slower it’s ridiculous!!

The person in the drive thru was very rude she had an attitude and y’all messed up my sandwich I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and spicy you guys barely gave me sauce and pickles I paid for my stuff you guys should make it right plus it was just supposed to be spicy with my extra but y’all gave me a deluxe how do you guys know if I’m allergic to tomato ls you could of killed someone.

Nice new clean! During my last visit through the drive thru, they (and I) forgot my sons Oreo McFlurry. My son remembered tho… right as I was pulling out into Kingshighway. So we went back through the drive thru and short of there being a late night last minute rush that occurred right after we ordered and it taking what seemed like forever to get back to the window to get it, it was handled nicely… Minor inconvenience, but the first one at this location… will be back

My first time being at this one. Not my favorite at all. Had to pay at the 2nd window because no one was at the 1st window and we waited for a good minute or so and wasn’t told an amount and to drive to the first window. But while we were waiting we saw an employee throwing gang signs out the window to a customer. I didn’t realize we could do that at a professional setting and not get in trouble. But I will say that the person we encounter was nice and took care of us without hassle. We did hear a lot of gossip about people. That is really unprofessional. I won’t be going back to this one. The others I love but this one is just full of high schoolers and drama. No thank you. Not my ideal place to have a meal or to get a meal.

The order was all messed up. Spent 70. 00 . The manager on duty was talking about me with the other employees. Very disrespectful! I got my sandwiches first, so they were cold by the time i got my French fries but i shorted one fry! Then I brought my food inside to let them know I didn’t get all my fries then I had to pay for another French fry. That’s not the first time they have messed my order up! So I was told they were going to replace a few meals for me, but they only gave me I free meal. This was at the McDonald’s off mt.auburn.
