So first unrelated to this mcdonalds in particular my order got changed on the mobile app when i went from review order to complete order for no reason and then when i got there i was sitting at the speaker for 35 minutes before i could even say i had a mobile order to pick up, a whopping 3 cars in front of me and no one else at the speaker and I end up waiting 35 minutes. after finally saying my mobile number order it then took another 20 – 25 minutes to get my order. again with only 3 cars ahead of me this entire time. there were more people leaving from 1AM-2:20AM than there were getting their orders taken. The only reason I didn’t leave like everyone else when nobody was getting their orders taken was because you can’t cancel mobile orders so whether i get the food or not i still get charged. Do better. this was beyond ridiculous for subpar food even at McDonalds standard.

Asked for a large number 10, the man at the counter asked “what’s that” I told him it was the McNugget meal, and that I wanted it large. He said “oh okay” and proceeded to check me out. Got my order, the drink was medium, not a large AND I didn’t get any fries. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, pissed I wasted my money here.

I went today 6/08/2023 and order just 1 egg McMuffin an 2 hash brown, she put 2 egg McMuffin I saw it on the screen an try to tell the lady taking the order that I said just 1 egg McMuffin, I pull up to the window an told her an she gave me an attitude about it, I understand though, I know what is like to work the grave shift you know, over night, it can be hard dealing with people an they attitude, well God bless her

Workers are rude. I asked one of the men who were walking out if they could put no lettuce on a big Mack and rather then him telling the workers he just went asked someone to come to me. Like how hard is it just to tell someone something then go do what you were about to do???

We came in to eat breakfast, my husband asked if they could take the eggs and cheese off his mcgriddle they rudely said ” I guess” then he asked if they could give change for a large bill the manager said ” don’t have it they’ll just have to deal with it!!! Order all wrong and took 30 minutes for a single coffee. No time to try again (truck in fuel lane and a pickup that I have to get too). Worker was snarky when asking what I was waiting for and didn’t let me finish before running off. Let order’s pile up (and put them as served) before putting anything out. Would give no stars if possible.
