Brookfield, MO. McDonalds is the dirtiest, most rudest staffed McDonalds I have ever been to. We stopped in at 2 pm on a Monday on our way home from a trip. Every table had trash on it, was visibly dirty, and sticky. The floor looks like it hasn’t been swept in a week. The drink station is completely filthy with overflowing trash holders and pop splattered everywhere. The staff is not polite or friendly. They gave us our cups with liquid splattered all over them. My fingers had black stuff all over them after carrying the tray. If they had been busy, I wouldn’t have thought a thing about it but it was not too busy. Definitely don’t recommend stopping here.

Do not go to this McDonald’s unless your starving to death! Ordered online when I was 15 mins away, got there to pick up my order and they claim they didn’t get it, even though I had the receipt and confirmation on my phone and showed them, finally after 10 mins of waiting they put my order in, then another 20 mins later I was finally able to leave with my food, how ever the 3 cheeseburgers were dried out and were plain, even the cheese was noticeably dried and old, the chicken nuggets were good and still warm. Luckily my dog was with me liked the cheeseburgers. I won’t ever go to this McDonald’s again.

Customer service here is bad. Told to pull up to the next window in the drive thru to wait FOREVER and be skipped on more than one occasion. This McDonald’s can not get their act together. Some of the employees are friendly, others need to learn manners and customer service

Burger was wrong and smashed together, fries were cold but the person in the drive thru was super nice and sweet and when I pulled up she was clearly upset with tears running down her face and the manager just left her there to cry alone. McDonald’s has really never been that serious to be making your employees cry. If you’re reading this, you’re worth more than whatever they are berating for. You’re worth more than this fast food girl, I appreciate you!

Stopped in this Easter morning to get food, I went to the restroom while wife went to order, restroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in days, I came out to find my wife standing at the counter she still had not been waited on. The employees just looked at us and kept waiting on people in the drive through. We stood there a few more minutes and we finally left. We definitely will never use this McDonalds again. This is exactly why McDonalds is losing so much business.
