Bathroom is horrible. Drink station was a disaster. A lot of employees behind the counter and not many customers. They could have been on clean up. Had to ask for a lid since they were out and the girl brought out about six. I took two so soon someone else was going to have to ask. She went right back to standing behind the counter doing nothing. As we left the door had ketchup all over it and it looked like it had been there for a long time. Will never go back.

It was McDonald’s so nothing fantastic just the only thing close to the ball tournament we were playing at. Our cashier was super friendly though and not like the typical McDonald employee who looks like they hate life or as if you are bothering them by approaching the counter! Our food was hot and in a timely manner considering how busy they were again they were the only place close to the ball field so they were pretty packed.

Not much business during visit however the work space floor is scattered with frenchfries and crumbs, the tables are dirty, the drink bar is disgusting. The music is loud with rap music and employees are standing around laughing in between the few customers who do come in.

Almost didn’t come here because of the 3 star rating, but we were in town just headed home from Herman area and starving! So we took a chance and I was actually very surprised! Food was hot, fresh, and fast! Service is up to par for a McDonald’s if not better than most of the ones I have been to lately. And it was 6pm at night so, really surprised. We were in and out, so I hope they keep this up!

Customer service from MC Donald’s every where I go isn’t good. You order something and expect to get what you order and, when you go through your order before you leave, it’s missing stuff. I wish people cared about the people that they are serving, instead of, oh it’s just a job kinda attitude.
