Nathan is a great help everytime I come in he reviews the order after I’ve ordered. To the girl in the hi visibility vest with glasses..you should learn to help when it’s busy the table aren’t messy because Nate isn’t doing his job the tables are messy because it’s busy and you yell for him while he wiping instead of taking a couple orders while he cleans up the table for customers. Worst customer service from this lady at the front counter. She was rude to the people in front of us. When it came to our group, she took the order and then kicked out our friends for wearing her swim top. We asked why she kicked her out, and she backed tracked. Then, she proceeded to justify her actions to the manager, then every employee in mcdonalds. If I could rate 0 stars I would but the lady in the dark blue polo that’s her, she waves her hands around when you call her out on her bs.

The grease is old, fries are nasty. I wanted a modification that was reasonable to my quarter pounder and their answer (“from the general manager”) was to charge me for a second sandwich. How does this make any kind of sense at all?

I ordered 2 big breakfasts. Was told to pull forward, why I dont know. 3 cars after me got their order and a car that was pulled forward after me got her 2 bags and 2 cup holders full of drinks and food before me. I finally got my order and it wasn’t even the correct order.
