We moved to centralia a little over a year ago… we’ve given this McDonald’s a chance so many times and every single time our order is wrong. Last week, my chicken sandwich was slimy with white goo coming out of it which made me sick. There was a piece of plastic in my coffee. Just left from McDonald’s a few minutes ago because my boys wanted food and we ordered ketchup only cheeseburgers… and of course they had everything on it. The staff here is rude and clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Management needs to step in. It’s not like we have many other options considering this is such a small town. I shouldn’t have to drive 30+ minutes to get decent food. Get it together.

They deserve one star we went there on a Saturday night about 5:30 the sweet tea and soda was good but had to wait while they made more sweet tea. the bathroom was nice the dining area was clean. but The fries and the burgers where cold. You had to ask for the condiments

Kingdom city McDonald’s was closed so I had to go to Fulton. I pre-ordered on the app in Kingdom city and drove to Fulton so there was plenty of time for the order to be ready. I got to the Fulton McDonald’s and there was what seemed to be manager out side talking with an emotional young woman and man. I believe they talked for about 20 minutes before the manager went back inside and sat down at a table close to the door.

I wish I could add pictures of this brick they called a pie. There is no doubt in my mind this pie sat under a lamp for DAYS. Hard as a rock, filling is rubbery and stiff. I couldn’t even bite it! I can’t even break it in half using both my hands!! NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. I will never, ever, eat here again. I’ll go somewhere else before I come back. Staff is always rude. Guy who handed me my bag literally didn’t say a word. Just shoved the bag in my direction. No ‘have a good day’, ‘thank you’, nothing. Now I get someone can have a bad day, but still. I’m mainly upset about the brick they painted to look like a very burnt strawberry and cream pie.

I come here often around 6pm to 7pm an every time I order a mocha drink they have some excuse why I can’t have one. Usually it’s the “it’s being cleaned” excuse. Not happy about it at all an will be contacting someone higher up to f8nd out what the problem is.

Went through drive through. Coffee burned my mouth, thumb and front of blouse and chest as it spilled from being TOO hot. Egg McMuffin and hash brown sure weren’t as good as I used to get and now cost is exorbitant. I’ll think twice about ordering again.

I have been in Centralia since September. Nearly EVERY TIME I go through this drive thru, they get my order wrong or they miss something. When brought to their attention, I was brushed off. Maybe if these people spent more time working than goofing off, they’d improve. Unfortunately I don’t see this happening soon.
