I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.i got tired of waiting for at least a greeting so I left without ordering. The day before I asked for my sandwich plain and it wasn’t plain and every single time I try to order a McCafe drink they say the machine is being cleaned. I left and went back an hour later and they still said the machine was being cleaned this store has two drive thru lanes yet it takes 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. I never have a good experience at this location and I always end up spending my money elsewhere. I’m just one customer but I’m still a customer and expect better service.

Well most of the time the food is good the service is good food is almost all the time good too. I order through the mobile app. 1 time we ordered and my daughter ordered a McChicken and the McChicken came out and was missing the McChicken all together got the bread mayo and stuff but no meat. Then another time got my order and was missing two larg fries. Another one of my daughters got milk with there kids meal and we never got it had to go back into get it. Another time I got one of those coffee frappay Thanks and I ordered extra cream with it and set a put it on my drink that you just went ahead and put in a small cup on the side. But most of the time my orders do come out correct and good.

Slow slow and slow uts been bad for a while but it just keeps getting worse we ordered online this am we put order in before we left the house way before and we get there park check in and then sat there for little over 35 min for our food the drinks was watered down due all the ice was melted. I called in to the store to ask how much longer, and he said, “Oh yeah, your order sitting right here. then tonight door dashing, there was 4 door dasher there besides myself. All of us had small.orders but 1 person. I was supposed to pick up my order at 938 it was 958 when I finally got my dash b order, and it was a quarter pound meal and 10 piece chicken nugget and a daily double cheeseburger. There was no one inside waiting on an order, and the people in driver thru were already there. When I got there, no new cars came through. Ridiculous. The manager lady is rude and hateful every time I have had an encounter with her

There was oil all over my burger went back through the line to get a new one and they gave me the old one just whipped the oil off and gave me a new container . Called to take to the gm and the girl that’s training to be manger just hung up on me.

Managers constantly belittling employees, yelling curse words at employees while my family was dining. Talks to the delivery staff,*( dashers)*. Like they are in kindergarten. Just poor management. Feel awful for the children who start their first job with*( her). They deserve a good first boss. Not one who hates her job or everyone around her.

Stood in lobby four over 5 minutes. Was the only two people in there. When I finally got their attention I was told it going to be awhile but yet they could continue taking orders and serving people in the drive through. Don’t care about people in the lobby at all.

Ordered through the app and pulled into the Curbside pickup. It’s now been over 15 minutes since I checked in and a car that had two bags in another spot only waited 3 minutes, and another around the same time, additionally there is now a third car that has come and gone with their order and I’m still sitting here waiting. My order is not complicated but is obviously not being built in first come, first served order. Drive thru cars seem to not have any issues.

i ordered a deluxe crispy sandwich and had a coupon to get one free. the girl called out my code number took my payment and when i got to the window she only gave me one. i said no i had another crispy chicken sandwich and she said i only have one on my screen. i told her i had a coupon for a free on an she just looked at me. seems like everytime i go there they always get my order wrong.
