I ordered through drive-thru and the lady was super friendly! Paid and went to the 2nd window. Mind you only ordered 2 small sandwiches 1 was modified 1 was not! So how the heck did the NON-MODIFIED SANDWICH END UP WITH TARTER SAUCE ON IT?!?! I TOOK PICS AND CALLED! mind you I ate the burger first none of the food was fresh!!!! the manager questioned weather we were there today or not!!!! we are on our way back home to Tennessee. (Time difference) she told me to turn around and come back I told her that’s not what I was calling for I was telling her so they can be aware what was happening!!! She did not care so I hung up on her! Good thing I’m not allergic to it like I am many other things! Would not recommend this mcdonalds to anyone! And yes I know what tarter is I love it but not on a Mcchicken . I threw the sandwich away it was quite nasty.

We placed our mobile order for 3 medium French fries and got in line at 645 pm. It took over 45 minutes for us to get our food in the drive thru. We were traveling home from out of town so this isn’t a McDonald’s we usually go to but this was absolutely ridiculous. We travel often and also have a McDonald’s in our town and I have never came close to waiting that amount of time. It put us super behind. If I wouldn’t have already paid in the app we would have left multiple times. We also couldn’t go in because cars were coming through the drive thru the wrong way and blocking the exit so it wouldn’t have done us any good. By the time we finally got to the window 45 minutes later, the worker literally had to ask us what we even ordered, then we had to wait even longer. I’m sorry but this is extremely unacceptable, especially when we’ve already been on the road for almost 6 hours straight and have two tired and hungry kids.

We sat in drive-through for 35 mins because the store was full of unsupervised teens who enjoy bullying my daughter. I finally went in to get a refund and the manager was horrified by the treatment we received and said she’d “leave a note” these girls up front working on July 27th around 4pm should all be fired. Worst food I’ve ate at a McDonald’s in a long time. The place was dirty. Dirt on floors, food on floors. Tables not cleaned off. Out of sweet tea and when I told them and ask to fill my cups up from behind counter they walked away and ignored me for five minutes. Had seven employees all sitting down gossiping.
