Quick service, hot food. All tables were dirty, needed wiped off and napkins cleared. We chose the least dirty. The floor was dirty with straw papers. French fries and leftover food. There were only two customers there, including us. So they were not busy inside.

Staff was friendly. I’ve tried this McDs only a couple times since moving to Willard because it’s not been great. The food and burgers specifically taste like they’ve been sitting around a while and aren’t fresh. Even tried the QPounder because its supposed to be cooked fresh and it still wasn’t as good as other locations.

This is like the 3rd time i’ve showed up (5/17/23 @ 5:35pm) and a good chunk of the staff is just coughing. Lady at the counter taking my order…coughing and hacking. The people making my food in the back….coughing and hacking. I watch the lady bring a tray of food out to a customer in the lobby while coughing and hacking directly onto the food as they deliver it. Absolutely top shelf disgusting. Thought that there would be basic policies in place to prevent this. This was the nail in the coffin for me eating at McDonalds anymore. Its left this image burned into my mind everytime I see the golden arches I just think of the 4-5 people who have coughed onto my food before it’s made it’s way to me. Got home and immediately tossed my food in the trash.
