Extremely rude staff at this location through the drive thru. I was placing my order and the girl taking it was totally silent. I didn’t even know if she was still at the mic. I waited for her to acknowledge me before continuing placing my order and she then gave me my total. When I told her I wasn’t done she told me that she was done with my order and I needed to pull around. She then proceeded to tell me since I was done talking she was done taking my order. I have zero confidence that the manager that I spoke with after the incident even cares or will do anything about this issue.

Original order: 1 sausage biscuit w/1 packet of mustard, 1 large unsweetened ice tea w/extra ice, 2 sausage burritos, and 1 small unsweetened ice tea. Order received:2 sausage burritos, 1 large unsweetened ice tea, 1 large sweet tea. First correction:Added a small tea, Second correction: two large unsweetened ice teas, two sausage burritos, Third correction required getting out of vehicle and finding out what happened to the sausage biscuit, “It was taken off.” We finally had a correct order. C’mon McDonald’s! Where are your managers and why do you allow your employees to glue themselves to their portable devices like a bunch of zombies?

You can’t help a kid screaming in the car. The lady was rude when she came on the intercom. You also cannot rush people to order their food. That’s his poor service. My kids and I will never come to this restaurant again. This restaurant has always been our place to go when we want McDonald’s but I think we just changed our mind of not coming here ever again

Stopped on our road trip to grab lunch and use the restroom. You had to have a code to get in the bathroom and the employees didn’t know the code and then made jokes behind the counter about not knowing it. And 1 girl piped up saying she knew it… But did they come correct themselves? NO… Did they apologize? NO… Did my daughter and I have to use the men’s dirty restroom? Yes… The food was disgusting and only got 2 stars cause their fries were fresh…

I have had some really bad experiences going through this dive thru (my bf works nights and has for quite a while, and we stop for breakfast sandwiches when he gets off of work occasionally) but lately, when we’ve stopped to get breakfast on the way home, it’s actually been a lot better than usual. Not sure if the management changed or what but definitely keep this new change up!

All i want is a plain hot n spicy McChicken, but literally nearly half the time I order it they put their gross mayo and lettuce on it anyway, which i can wipe off but its gross and not hard to read the instructions on the screen. Not gonna come back if i can help it

Awesome staff! I cam through on 3/8/23 close to close, I’m traveling home from college. They were super quick and friendly! I asked if there were any extra fries that we’re about to be bad (to feed a few to my puppy in the backseat) and they were kind enough to let me take some! Wonderful experience:)

Absolutely horrible! None of the tables were clean I had to ask for our table to be wiped off so my family could sit down. Food was terrible cold and sloppy. They finally had someone come around and clean the tables as we ate our food and they was using their jacket sleeve to wipe the tables off. Disgusting and unsanitary and we will NOT be back to this location at all.
