I bought 3 items, the cheeseburgers were okay, not real warm but it was accurate to my customizations. I ordered exactly at 3:39 PM and I received a pie with an expiration of 1:06 PM. I worked at a McDonald’s In Springfield, however, by different owners and it’s easy to tell the difference in quality. The pie was not even edible.

I waited 8 minutes in an empty lobby and empty drive through. No one even greeted me to ask me to wait for whatever was holding them up. The 2 employees were talking to each other and doing their thing while time went by. One of them NOTICED me and just ignored the fact. When she finally came to take my order she just walked up yo the register and looked at me like I was a problem…I ordered my meal and she literally just typed it in and walked off…then when it was ready FIFTEEN minutes later (I have proof of these times) she THREW the bag on the counter. This is unacceptable and uneexusable behavior. I will be calling corporate. I give 5 stars on basically everything. People have told my wife and I we are “dream” customers because we are easy going and never complain. I hope this employee is fired…This restaurant should not be operating as it is.

I’m only giving it 2 stars because the food was actually fresh. The employees, service, and cleanliness were terrible. The restaurant had no customers eating, yet every table was filthy. The manager and one of the other employees were too busy chatting with the convenient store worker to do anything else. I had to clean my own table

So we go through the drive thru here because my daughter received a coupon for a free ice cream cone. I go to order and the girl is all kind of confused. We get that straightened out and then I order what my wife wanted, a caramel sundae with nuts. We get around to the front and I have to ask for a spoon 3 times. Then, they bring the sundae without nuts.I ask where the nuts are and he tells me they don’t do that anymore. The manager walks away and complains loud enough “we haven’t had nuts in years.” I get it but don’t complain where the customer can hear you.

This was the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to! The guy taking our order was high as a kite.! He could barely communicate he was so high. It took forever to get our food. And when we did get our food, it was wrong! My sandwich was not how I ordered it, and it was like somebody poured a ton of salt on it intentionally it was unbeatable! My coworkers fries had uncooked still frozen fries !

It didn’t appear to have enough people on duty they were all not wearing proper uniform attire and I didn’t even get to order because it was taking too long it shares a building with a gas station and the entire facility just appears to be dirty and worn down they definitely need an upgrade and a hiring event

We walked in the drink counter Had spilled liquid all over it. The place was freezing cold, The dining room was blocked off by wet floor signs but the floor was dry and there was stuff all over it. I asked if the dining room was open they said yeah you can eat here, so we had to move the wet floor signs, and I think they did that. Just to discourage people from eating in the dining room. Not a place I would want to take my family to.

Worst McDonalds I’ve been to. The staff is very rude and will flat out ignore you. They are never actually open at the time they say they open. I’ve witnessed other people walking out mad and also people walking back in, after being in the drive thru, because their order is wrong. Get it together people. Terrible.
