Over 15 minute waiting in the drive thru. Staff brought the wrong food out( all we had was a medium fry, cheeseburger and 10 ct nuggets) two times then waited another 5 minutes before walking in to get my fries and Buffalo sauce. My wife used the rest room and saw two employees vaping inside the bathroom. Terrible service, no one was friendly and the long waits make sub par food not worth it. Absolute joke of a franchise with lazy employees. Needs new management. Total wait time once my wife went inside to finally get our fries. 24 minutes.

To start I wanna say that me and my family love mcdonalds. The online customization of the food is awesome. However since the have remodeled the store and put in the kiosks inside the store the service has gone down hill bad. You used to be able to walk in and be greater with a smile and a friendly how can I help you. Now you walk in and no one is standing at the counter waiting to great you. You stand there for anywhere from 1 min to 10 min before someone realizes that you there. And then they look out out that they have to wait on you. Not all are like this though. Been to a few that are friendly and happy to serve you. But most are not. I will still eat ad mcdonalds but just wish the customer service was better. And when you customize your sandwich, its made right but made in a way that seems like the employees are passed off cause you would like it made that way.

Never order past 7 pm I had ordered the buy one big Mac get the second for a $1 and bread tasted old the food tasted like garbage. The Apple pie I paid for with my meal was hot but old it was hard I looked at the time and was not fresh it was made at 1 pm. With the money I spent yesterday they knew they were serving me old food they should have giving it to me for free. Worst experience here

Ordered my family’s food on the kiosk and didn’t get a receipt, we waited a half hour and it wasn’t brought/called out. Had to go up to the counter and tell them that it didn’t get brought out. The guy was very kind and got it together. But when we got the food, it was all cold.
