Fast food, drive thru, quick, easy, and in the area. This location has been renovated several times over the years. The current interior design is very modern and has very nice seating. Some seating is able to be moved to better accommodate everyone. It is very spacious, however; this also contributes to the noise level as the sound bounces around. The kiosks are a very modern touch and actually make ordering easy as long as you pay with anything other than cash. They do bring the food to your table, which is a nice touch for a fast food place. Most McDonald’s do not have this as a service, so it is kind of a nice touch at this location. This location is also a McCafe so they have free wifi and the specialty coffee items available. Sometimes, there are people who are on their laptops working from this location. There is a double lane drive thru that uses automated ordering using a virtual voice.

My girlfriend ordered a melted cheese jalapeno quarter pounder and the (liquid cheese) was ice cold and hard. Asked for a new one and the second one had the exact same issue so I left.

$17 for 2 Happy Meals. Pretty sure I had my money stolen. Ordered 2 happy meals for my kids at this location. Was told that they were only accepting cash at the time. Don’t usually carry cash but it was allowance day for the kids so I figured I’d break the $20 I pulled earlier. Gave the money and the cashier gave me my change. I waited for the receipt but he threw it away (wasn’t concerned because I would have tossed it anyway). As I pulled up to the second window I started to put the change away and only saw $3. I asked the second window if maybe I paid for someone else’s meal by mistake because it should not have been that much. They pretended to try to figure out the mistake before asking me how much change I received. I told them $3 and they said “ok that’s correct then” I asked “So $17 and zero cents exactly for two happy meals” he said “correct”. I pulled away. I chose not to go inside because my kids were with me and I did not see any positive outcome from causing a scene. If your employees are starving and need money just ask next time.

I don’t normally walk in a McDonalds but I needed to go inside for a quick moment. Wow this McDs is very pretty inside. It was nice and clean, updated and bright. The only thing I’ll comment on is there is a small side wall that blocks the view from the side to the front. So if someone was in line and everyone is busy it’s hard to see them. However that said the wonderful lady that helped me in the drive thru also helped me at the front. She was very nice. She just have been the manager cause she was working hard. The other staff was working but you could just see the difference. She was very cheerful and polite.

Stopped in Sunday evening the staff was very polite and efficient. Our food was fresh and hot. My my little guy likes the kiosk. The manager here runs a great unit and it’s very clean! Bonus we were able to catch the end of the Chiefs game on their big screen tv!

Got all the way home with two Happy meals to find out that only one of the Happy meals had chicken nuggets in it the sauce was wrong how am I supposed to feed the kids with no chicken nuggets we literally just got fries in their worst McDonald’s ever they don’t ever check the food the orders are always wrong I’m going to stop coming to this location

Compared to other locations in the area this place is the forerunner, hands down. Used to work in the area and they were usually polite. Sometimes not as polite during peak hours but they don’t get tipped for being friendly so understandable. They have forgotten sauces a few times but as I got into the habit of checking the bag before I leave the drive thru, never ran into that problem again. As long as my food comes out hot and correctly, I could care less if you don’t smile at me. This is fast food, not the melting pot.

The McFlurry machine has been broken for YEARS so they give you an unmixed plain vanilla ice cream with toppings sprinkled on top when you order a McFlurry. Who knows how many THOUSANDS of FAKE McFlurries this place has sold. McDonald’s should sue whoever runs this place before someone sues them and McDonald’s both for false advertisement. If they do something like this, who knows what other corners they are cutting to save a buck and still charge you full price!
