This location has gone downhill. My wife and I ordered a 20pc nugget and a large fry to split. We got 15 or 16 and the fry was obviously under-filled, more like a M that was put in a L. They also forgot to bring out straws for our drinks (curbside). Unfortunately, we were across town before discovering these let-downs. When I called the store, the manager on duty was indignant and made no offer to correct the problem.

Glad we were driving thru. Took over 18 minutes to get 2 drinks, with only 2 car in front. I don’t think they know they can ask people to wait. Wanted a frozen Dr Pepper. Was told no longer serving them…rudely. I actually had one the day before at different location and there were still ads for on the sign. Never a thank you or acknowledgment. Highly disappointed

We went threw the drive through and we were trying to order food and the lady kept trying to rush us and she had bad hearing skills and our truck was turned off and no one else was in the drive through at the moment we were ordering. And they rushed and got our order wrong. I got a bacon quarter pounder and there was no bacon. Do not go to the McDonald’s in Pratt KS find something else to eat.
