I asked for no onions or pickles I got one plain and other with onions and pickles apparently you have to be specific that you want both no onions or pickles and didn’t get the whole order after Being told was all in there. They are starting to be like the McDonald’s in park city service is horrible there you always told have to pull forward unless you are getting just a drink McDonald’s are really going down hill.

When I opened the bag, it was not my order, but someone elses. I had no time to return, unfortunately. Wish these new workers into the workforce could pay attention to details.

That is so ridiculous A customer has to wait 10 minutes to even get their order taken and when the food gets there your bacon looks like cheep dog treats. And on more than one occasion I have seen roaches and rats in the store there’s even rat traps outside in the drive-through. I would highly suggest not coming to this McDonald’s

Avoid this McDonald’s, the manager and the girl at the window refused to take our order after waiting 20 minutes. They were like 14 and 15.. They seriously have no idea how to take an order or even know what it is to have customer service. Especially at McDonald’s where you don’t need any type of experience. WORST experience. They should be fired. They literally kept telling every car to leave because they are too “busy” These girls clearly have no idea what they are doing which is why they are telling everyone to leave and not responding on the speaker. It’s a shame how much they are going to go out of business all because of 2 little girls that got no basic training. their workers are too lazy
